Typical Project Work- Commercial due diligence
- Strategy development and assessment
- Market entry strategy and opportunity sizing
- Product and business unit strategy development
- Divestment and portfolio strategy reviews
- Lead client engagements and manage project teams of approximately 4–10 consultants.
- Shape workstreams, oversee analysis and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Build and develop client relationships and identify opportunities for further support.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals and thought leadership initiatives.
