Job Description Senior Workday HCM Analyst (Contract)

London | Hybrid Working

Initial 3-Month Contract

Day rate: £500 - £600 (outside IR35)

I'm partnered with a highly successful international business undergoing continued growth and transformation. This is a hands-on role for a Workday specialist who can quickly embed into the business, take ownership of configuration and support activities, and partner closely with HR stakeholders to drive improvements across the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, test and optimise business processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Support data quality, validation and system integrity initiatives
  • Assist with Workday releases, enhancements and change requests
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline and automate manual processes
  • Support a range of ongoing projects, including organisational growth initiatives, performance management improvements and business change programmes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience working hands-on with Workday HCM
  • Experience supporting Workday within a complex, international environment
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations across HR, payroll, recruitment and learning systems
