An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team in London. This role offers full ownership of the P&L from turnover through to contribution margin, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance, influence decision-making, and support business growth.
- Review and manage WIP risk across a range of project types.
- Provide commercial insight and challenge assumptions to improve business performance.
- Lead financial review meetings and communicate risks and opportunities clearly to stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on key business KPIs.
- Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and strong financial governance.
- Support and develop junior finance team members.
- Provide audit support and ad hoc commercial analysis.
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong finance business partnering experience. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills. Experience with SAP, Power BI, or AI tools advantageous.
