We are partnering with a fast-growing eCommerce business that is transforming its category through a highly engaged customer base, innovative digital strategy, and strong commercial performance. As the business continues to scale across multiple channels and markets, we are seeking an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to act as a strategic finance partner to the Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership team.
This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders, ownership of key commercial decision-making, and a genuine pathway towards Head of Finance or Finance Director level.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through insightful analysis, commercial challenge, and strategic decision support.
- Deliver weekly and monthly trading performance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support commercial initiatives
- Analyse customer acquisition costs, retention metrics, and lifetime value
- Provide insightful commentary on business performance to senior leadership
- Support investment appraisals and strategic projects
- Drive improvements in reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence capability
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience working with large data sets and BI
