Role Overview
The Consultancy Group are looking for an experienced Change Lead to support the successful delivery of a major transformation programme for a leading global provider of digital mobility solutions. This is a hands-on role, responsible for developing and executing the change strategy, working across regions to embed new systems and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the change management strategy, including tools, frameworks and success measures, tailored to regional needs.
- Coach and support Country Leads and Change Agents with toolkits and guidance for local change delivery.
- Work with Project and Implementation Leads to embed change into all workstreams.
- Lead Change Impact Assessments and turn findings into practical action plans with clear ownership.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels through briefings, workshops and targeted communications.
- Manage programme communications and lead the Change Network to build awareness and drive adoption.
- Oversee training delivery from needs analysis to scheduling and tracking completion.
- Coordinate business readiness assessments and close any identified gaps ahead of go-lives.
- Provide cutover support, including managing user licence allocation and onboarding.
