Acting as a finance business partner for the Western Europe region, you will provide commercial insight and decision support while supporting and challenging stakeholders through budgeting and forecasting processes.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the business. Working closely with operational and portfolio management teams, you’ll help drive insight-led decision-making and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse financial and operational data to support business performance and decision-making
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Partner with Portfolio Management teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Support monthly reporting and performance reviews for management
  • Provide analysis on key performance drivers, risks, and budget variances
  • Support regional and local stakeholders through budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting across the business
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within FP&A activities
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Econometrics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, asset management, or a similar commercial finance role
  • Strong understanding of hospitality P&L reporting (USALI preferred) and financial planning processes
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI, reporting tools, and financial systems
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and confident working with stakeholders across the business
