This role is all about diving into those kinds of challenges using smart analysis, storytelling with data, and partnering with teams across the organisation. You will work closely with functions like Marketing, Operations, Property, Buying, Ecommerce, and more—and your work will be seen and used by senior leaders across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with a range of departments to provide financial and analytical support that drives their goals forward
- Partnering with your manager and other analysts to deliver joined-up insights that shape decision-making
- Challenging assumptions and making recommendations to improve performance or reduce risk
- Creating robust financial models and business cases for major initiatives
- Supporting test-and-learn trials—guiding teams through setup, analysing outcomes, and presenting results
- Offering insights into industry trends and competitor activity to help the business stay ahead
What you’ll bring:
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for using data to solve problems
- Experience building financial or business models
