The role is entering a high-volume M&A Team who work with Private Equity & Corporate clients on complex transaction from both a Buy & Sell side perspective. Provide clients with reliable financial insights to support accurate forecasting and valuation. Critically assess transaction parameters to uncover potential risks and opportunities. Evaluate separation and integration challenges and their potential impact on financial outcomes. Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify core value drivers and deliver strategic commercial recommendations. Identify potential synergies and risks between the businesses involved in the transaction.
