A vibrant new estate agency based in on Church Road in Hove is looking for an experienced Property Manager to look after their growing portfolio of managed properties.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing their portfolio of residential properties and act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of circa 150 residential properties
- Acting as primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Arranging and overseeing maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with contractors and negotiating costs where appropriate
- Conducting property visits and inspections
- Handling deposit returns and negotiating disputes
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Managing renewals and tenancy agreements
- Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems
- Previous experience within Property Management
- Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and own car (preferred)
- ARLA or other lettings qualifications preferred but not essential
- Salary circa £30,000 p/a
