The Construction Index Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join its growing commercial team working on major hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe. The role focuses on commercial delivery of large-scale MEP packages from procurement through to final account.
You will lead procurement, subcontractor negotiations and contract administration, monitor costs and forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities while collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
