Job Description

At Integra Education we support schools and local authorities across the UK for over 15 years. Our tutors work 1:1 or in small groups, often in alternative settings such as homes or community venues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored tuition to individual students or small groups.
  • Develop engaging, creative lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
  • Assess progress and adjust methods to maximise learning.
  • Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that boosts confidence and motivation.
  • Record and report on engagement and outcomes effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching (primary or secondary level).
  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum.
  • Experience working with children or young people, including those with SEN/SEMH needs (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in delivering tuition in Maths, English, and/or Science (other subjects also welcome).
  • Organised, flexible, and able to work independently.
