A confident and highly skilled Technical Services Manager (TSM) is now needed by an established and successful Fit Out contractor.
With a myriad of high-end projects varying in size and value, they are looking for an excellent communicating Technical Services Manager. The responsibility will be for all aspects of the technical services management of commercial fit-out projects ranging from £50K to £1M plus.
The Technical Services Manager Role
- Responsible for reviewing design and drawings, project programme and supporting pre-contract and delivery teams.
- Oversee running the M&E site teams and identify project risks.
- Bring good design and build experience and all-round understanding of building services: lifts, voice & data, sprinklers, AV, Security, mechanical & electrical services.
- Lead fit-out projects from conception to completion.
- Work on schemes of smaller value but with intracity importance.
- Clients from mixed industry background.
