We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee Passive Fire Protection projects across the Swindon area.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day site operations on fire stopping, fire door, and compartmentation projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and audits.
- Maintain site documentation, reports, RAMS, and compliance records.
- Liaise with clients, residents, and stakeholders on occupied properties.
- Enforce health & safety standards across site activities.
Requirements
- Proven Site Manager experience within Passive Fire Protection.
- Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire doors.
- Experience working on social housing or occupied residential projects.
- SMSTS certification.
- CSCS Manager Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
- FIRAS, BM TRADA, or similar accreditation knowledge desirable.
- First Aid at Work preferred.
