We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber to join a leading property services contractor operating within the social housing sector in the Swindon area.

The Role
As a Multi Trade Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied and void residential properties. You will also complete basic multi‑trade duties as required to support the wider repairs service.
The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Complete basic multi‑trade works including: Carpentry, Tiling, Patch plastering, Decorating
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Accurately record completed works and materials used
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and residents
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (essential)
- Previous experience in domestic maintenance or social housing repairs
- Multi‑trade maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
