Structural Revit Technician – London EC2 – £32k-£42k
Are you a structural technician with a few years of experience in a structural Revit role for buildings structures and seeking a new challenge? Are you forward thinking and dynamic in your design approach? Do you enjoy diversity of work, learning and development and keen to progress?
You will be involved in RIBA projects at stages 1 & 2 with a wide variety of large buildings schemes on offer. Creativity and liaison skills are essential.
You will be joining the Civil & Structural Engineering division within this well established and highly reputable property consultancy working on buildings projects. The firm covers architecture, MEP, Surveying, Sustainability, Masterplanning and structural design. They have around 200 staff and have been established over 100 years with a highly reputable industry name. They are backed by a large investment firm, providing financial stability and a strong market position for continued success.
You will be working alongside the Senior Revit Technician in the Civil/Structural Division and assisting with project delivery from the Revit side. The team will be growing further in the coming months. Projects are mainly steel and RC and often larger schemes.
Projects are very varied in size and scope, including work in defence, industrial buildings, residential projects, projects for the Police, garden centres, schools and concrete residential mid-rise frames. Projects are commonly up to £40m in value but can go up to £200m.

You will likely have a minimum of 2 years of buildings structures Revit experience to be suited to this role.
