Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake detailed topographical and utility surveys using total stations, GNSS systems, and ground‑penetrating radar.
  • Process and interpret data with industry‑standard software to deliver accurate drawings and models.
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure work meets technical and quality standards.
  • Manage site work efficiently, ensuring safety, precision, and professionalism at all times.

Equipment and Software

  • Land survey equipment: robotic total stations (Leica, Trimble, Topcon), GNSS/GPS systems, 3D laser scanners, UAVs for aerial photogrammetry.
  • Utility surveying equipment: ground‑penetrating radar, electromagnetic locators, CCTV inspection systems, cable avoidance tools.
  • Software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroSurvey CAD; Leica Infinity, Trimble Business Center, Magnet; TopoDOT or Cyclone; QGIS or ArcGIS; BIM integration tools.

  • Proven experience in land or utility surveying, ideally both.
  • Strong knowledge of modern instruments and survey workflows.
