Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent role at The Construction Index Ltd. This is a standalone opportunity with a highly successful, independently owned Quantity Surveying firm based in the West Midlands. The firm services a range of developers, investment firms and asset management clients, with long-standing relationships and ongoing growth.
Responsibilities
- Join the team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer\’s Agent.
- Work primarily on commercial and industrial sector projects, delivering design & build new build projects for a range of developers.
- Demonstrate understanding of the whole project process with 3–4 years industry experience, ideally with experience in the Employer\’s Agent role.
- Provide strong service delivery and client-facing skills, with outward-facing responsibilities from the outset.
- Contribute to a sociable, high-exposure environment with a demanding client base and opportunities for career progression.
Qualifications / Experience
- 3–4 years industry experience in Quantity Surveying or a related role.
- Good understanding of the whole project lifecycle, ideally including Employer\’s Agent experience.
- Strong client-facing skills and a desire to gain more project responsibility.
