Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects from concept to completion.
  • Run an office extension and fit-out scheme in London.
  • Lead a new build Student Accommodation project.
  • Hit the ground running on all assigned projects.

Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
  • MRICS membership or currently working towards it.
  • Experience within a private practice / consultancy.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
