The Resolute Group has partnered with a premier national client managing over 400 UK assets and an extensive, high-value London property portfolio. Working directly for the asset owner, you will lead the London refurbishment portfolio, overseeing supply‑chain delivery, enforcing rigorous quality standards, and ensuring strict contract governance. Managing multiple low‑value (£10,000 – £5,000,000) projects inside the M25, such as kitchen fit‑outs, toilet refurbishments, new lighting, and fit‑out‑led projects, you will be expected to lead as the client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with all risks identified and reported. You will build open relationships with your supply chain to enable collaboration and provide solutions to problems, rather than merely reporting them.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: establish project scopes, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
  • Milestone tracking: coordinate with contractors on site, ensuring targets are met and pre‑emptively resolving potential delays.
  • Risk mitigation: identify, assess, and implement proactive response strategies for programme‑level risks.
  • Stakeholder engagement: cultivate deep relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and associated departments.
  • Governance & reporting: present comprehensive project progress, RAMS, and risk documentation to executive boards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven project‑management experience as client in a live delivery environment.
  • Sector expertise in building/fit‑out preferred; open to public, private, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Valid, unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Eligibility

You must be living and working in the UK to be considered for this position.
