We deliver complex, design‑led building projects, collaborating with leading architects to provide innovative and sustainable engineering solutions. You will work on a wide range of schemes including high‑end residential and mixed‑use developments, heritage and refurbishment projects, commercial and education buildings, and public realm and urban regeneration schemes.
As a Senior / Principal Civil Engineer you will play a key role in both technical delivery and project leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead the design of drainage, site development and external works packages.
- Develop SuDS strategies and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- Support projects from concept through to construction delivery.
- Work closely with architects to develop innovative and buildable solutions.
- Review and oversee technical outputs.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate project delivery.
- Strong experience in civil engineering design within development or building‑focused projects.
- Experience in drainage, levels and external works design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
- Experience working within a consultancy environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading projects and managing delivery.
