- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, developers, and planning authorities
- Supporting and mentoring senior members of the transport planning team
- Contributing to business planning, growth strategy, and high‑level work‑winning initiatives
- Collaborating with Transport Planning leaders across other UK offices on national projects
About You

An executive‑level remuneration package is on offer, comprising a highly competitive base salary, a substantial performance‑related bonus, and a generous travel allowance. This is supported by a strong wider benefits offering, including pension, private healthcare, and life assurance, alongside flexible hybrid working. This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely senior leadership position within a respected consultancy suitable to an experienced transport planning leader looking to operate at the highest level, with influence, autonomy, and long‑term career impact.
