The Role
You'll lead the design and delivery of drainage, SuDS, highways, flood risk, and utilities schemes across residential, commercial, education, and leisure developments. Working closely with architects, planners, and multi-disciplinary teams, you'll help drive projects from concept through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead drainage, SuDS, highways, and infrastructure design.
- Produce technical reports for planning and detailed design.
- Deliver flood risk and site development strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Use modern digital tools and 3D design techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers while supporting technical delivery across projects.
About You
You will have strong experience in civil development infrastructure design, with skills in drainage, highways, utilities, and flood risk. You should be proficient in relevant design software and either be chartered or working towards CEng (ICE/CIWEM). You will be a clear communicator with a proactive, design-led mindset.
