The Role
They are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established and growing London team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients across the Southern region. This role offers a balanced workload across both project and professional services, delivering a wide range of project work including refurbishments, fit‑outs and capital work programmes, and undertaking professional instructions such as condition surveys, technical due diligence and general advisory services. The work spans retail, commercial, healthcare, heritage and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver building surveying projects from inception through to completion.
- Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis and prepare detailed reports.
- Manage refurbishment and fit‑out schemes, including contract administration duties.
- Provide professional advice to clients on building‑related matters.
- Support with technical due diligence and asset management instructions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
