The Team
The position is within a sizeable commercial planning practice advising a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, landowners, and operators. The team works across a broad range of sectors, including commercial and mixed-use development, logistics and employment space, infrastructure and strategic sites, science, technology, and innovation-led development, regeneration and urban renewal projects, roadside and operational property uses. The role offers exposure to varied planning work, opportunities to build sector expertise, and regular interaction with senior stakeholders and clients.
Responsibilities

- Preparing planning applications, appeals, and supporting documentation
- Advising clients and engaging with local authorities and stakeholders
