I'm recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor with a strong order book and a growing portfolio of infrastructure projects across the North West. Due to continued success, they're looking to expand their pre‑construction team.

Role Summary

The role will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders for a range of civil engineering projects, working closely with commercial and operational teams to secure new business.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit competitive tenders for civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to secure new business.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within civil engineering.
  • Background in water, utilities, highways or infrastructure projects is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines.
