Role Overview
My client, a go ahead firm of construction consultants, is now seeking a highly articulate PROJECT MANAGER to join them in Kent.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of projects across a range of sectors including high end residential, commercial, light industrial, sports and leisure facilities, refurbishment and new build.
- Prepare and maintain Gantt charts and project execution plans.
- Conduct site inspections, attend site meetings and minutes of meetings.
- Administer construction contracts, e.g. JCT, and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting progress and resolving issues.
- Help staff cover Friday afternoon release policies by working slightly longer hours during the week.
Qualifications
- Construction related degree in Construction Project Management, Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Minimum of one to five years post‑graduate experience in construction project management within a consulting firm.
- Experience working with construction consultants and familiarity with project delivery.
- Chartered with the RICS or working towards chartered status.
- Excellent written and spoken English, highly articulate and confident.

Salary & Benefits
Salary will be negotiable within £37000 to £60000 per annum, plus pension and other benefits. APC support will be given to become chartered.
