We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Estate Agent Assistant to support our busy lettings and sales teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in property, offering hands-on experience across customer service, administration, marketing, and compliance in a fast-paced estate agency environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Full training will be provided, with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Front Office
- Greet clients professionally in person, by phone, and via email
- Handle enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Lettings & Sales Support
- Assist with booking and confirming property viewings
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Prepare and organise tenancy and sales documentation under supervision
- Support diary management and general administration
- Prepare property brochures, window cards, and marketing displays
- Update and manage property listings on online portals and the company website
- Marketing & Administration
- Assist with marketing materials and property advertising
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Carry out general office duties including filing, scanning, post handling, and mailouts
- Compliance & Office Support
- Assist in collecting required compliance documentation (EPCs, gas safety certificates, etc.)
- Support GDPR, AML, and industry compliance requirements
Additional Duties
- Accompany Viewings Once Trained And Approved
- Attend meetings and take minutes when required
- Shadow senior team members and assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs
