Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for all aspects of projects, attending site, meeting with clients and architects.
- Work on projects ranging from small extensions up to larger scale apartment developments up to £20m in value.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver residential projects for various clients including betting shops, breweries and property developers.
- Assist in the preparation of drawings and documentation as part of the structural design process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of UK-based structural design experience, with a preference for residential-sector projects.
- Live within sensible commuting distance of Romford; eligible to work in the UK.
- Autocad capability is essential.
- Experience with Tekla, Revit and Bluebeam is useful but not essential.
- Good practical buildings knowledge and structural refurbishment experience; site experience desirable; architectural flare is a plus.
