We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join a close‑knit, supportive business that values long‑term stability and offers comprehensive manufacturer training. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing mobility and accessibility equipment across Romford and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Full OEM manufacturer training
- Servicing, repairing and maintaining mobility and accessibility equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Covering Romford and surrounding areas
- Delivering excellent customer service while representing the company
Qualifications
- Experience within an electro‑mechanical service role (e.g., accessibility equipment, lifting equipment, white goods, medical devices, vending, ATMs or similar)
- A full UK driving licence
- Residence commutable to the Romford/Ilford/Chelmsford areas
- A willingness to travel throughout the local region
