Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance and urgent works in a competent, timely manner
- Ensuring the portfolio is up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
- Arranging inventories, check-ins and check-outs and conducting property inspections
- Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
- Co-ordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
- Proposing and negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding of rebuttal process
Must Have:
- Property Management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- A keen problem solver and good under pressure
- Client facing
- Strong administration and excellent IT skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
- Positive and encouraging attitude
Nice to Have:
- ARLA or NFOPP qualification
- Full UK driving license
