Location: Islington, London (Central London)

Type: Full Time

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance and urgent works in a competent, timely manner
  • Ensuring the portfolio is up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
  • Arranging inventories, check-ins and check-outs and conducting property inspections
  • Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
  • Co-ordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
  • Proposing and negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding of rebuttal process

Must Have:

  • Property Management experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • A keen problem solver and good under pressure
  • Client facing
  • Strong administration and excellent IT skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
  • Positive and encouraging attitude

Nice to Have:

  • ARLA or NFOPP qualification
  • Full UK driving license
