Senior QS / Estimator

Permanent role in a growing construction business delivering projects up to £5 M. Salary: £42,876–£54,321 per annum. Location: Redruth / Bodmin (Hybrid Working). Full Time. Region: UK – South West.

Requirements

  • HNC / Degree in Construction (or equivalent)
  • Experience in estimating & quantity surveying (refurb & new build)
  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes, NEC / JCT contracts, and financial reporting
  • Strong Excel / IT skills and stakeholder management
  • CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence

About the Role

This Senior QS / Estimator role offers the opportunity to work across a range of construction projects, supporting both pre‑construction and commercial delivery. As a Senior QS / Estimator you will deliver accurate tenders, manage project financials, coordinate bids, support business growth, maintain high HSE standards, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tenders, estimates, and bills of quantities (up to £5 M)
  • Manage CVRs, forecasting, and project financials
  • Coordinate bids and ensure compliance
  • Negotiate supply chain pricing
  • Oversee valuations, applications, and final accounts
  • Support client relationships and business growth
