Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts from onboarding to renewal
- Lead client handovers from sales and support system implementation
- Deliver training and ensure successful platform adoption
- Analyse HVAC, BMS and metering systems to identify performance improvements
- Provide technical commentary, reporting and actionable recommendations
- Run regular performance review meetings with clients
- Track and drive completion of energy and optimisation actions
- Identify contract renewal and account growth opportunities
- Contribute feedback to product and technical teams to improve system functionality
Desired Experience:
- Strong background in BMS / building controls (e.g. Trend, Niagara or similar)
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems and energy optimisation strategies
- Experience with protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus, Mbus or LoRaWAN
- Knowledge of building performance and energy efficiency principles
- Experience in a client-facing or account management capacity within a technical environment
- Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting building data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-motivated, organised and able to manage priorities effectively
