As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for running projects and looking out for junior staff members within the residential team. You will handle both pre and post contract duties, contributing to the overall success of various projects. You will be responsible for:
- Managing project budgets and costs
- Overseeing tender and contract documentation
- Providing support to junior staff
- Conducting regular project reviews
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with project requirements
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Ideally have experience working on Residential projects
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a private practice/consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
