Dove & Hawk are working with a central London property development and management company, based in the heart of Marylebone, W1. They manage their own residential and commercial properties located in W1, Fitzrovia, Marylebone, and Primrose Hill, with a focus on exceptional service.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Procurement & Purchasing (Commercial Focus)
- Source, compare, and negotiate competitive pricing for building materials, bulk orders, and large-scale furniture/items.
- Build relationships with suppliers and contractors to secure best value and reliability.
- Support purchasing decisions with cost awareness and a value-driven approach.
- Property Management & Operations Support
- Support the marketing and management of our property portfolio.
- Assist with day-to-day operational requirements across residential and commercial properties.
- Provide support to development activities and internal office operations.
- Maintain professional communication with tenants, contractors and service providers.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms is essential.
- Maintenance & Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with our maintenance team and cleaning staff to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Assist in sourcing contractors and obtaining competitive quotes for repairs and improvement works.
- Ensure work is completed to the required standard and within agreed timeframes.
- Furniture & Inventory Management
- Organise, move, arrange and manage furniture and equipment when required.
- Maintain tidy and efficient storage and inventory systems.
- Track stock levels and anticipate future requirements.
- Administrative & Office Support
- Sort, process, track and file invoices accurately.
- Maintain records and operational documentation.
- Support planned maintenance schedules and ensure contractors attend routine visits.
- Ensure property compliance records remain up to date in line with legal and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Commercially minded - cost-aware, resourceful and able to negotiate effectively.
- Professional and well-presented, with a smart attitude and appearance.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Practical and hands-on - happy to support in person when required.
- Computer-literate, with strong skills across standard office systems and platforms.
Salary & Working Hours
- Salary Budget: £37,000 - £40,000.
- Required Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
