Job Description
Project Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a leading professional quantity surveying practice in Birmingham. This firm has a great range of work on offer with clients chiefly in the private sector including areas such as leisure and hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. They work on a large range of projects including both programmes of refurbishment works as large as multi-million pound new build construction. Current work includes new build hotels, theatres and work for commercial developers, schools and housing.
This is an extremely professional construction consultancy who enjoy a great reputation with clients and who also have an extremely positive and proactive attitude towards training and development. If you\’re currently working towards gaining your APC then full support will be on offer, and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. This is very much a client facing role, so strong communication skills are essential and you must have at least 2-3 years experience in a commercial Cost Consultancy / Quantity Surveying role.
You will enjoy working within this positive, supportive and friendly team. They enjoy frequent social events together as a group and positively embrace inclusivity and diversity. The team has not long moved into recently refurbished offices in Birmingham city centre and therefore offer a great working environment. The team in Birmingham is well led by an experienced leadership team with strong ongoing career prospects very much on offer as well.
