Responsibilities
- Work on a diverse range of projects for leading developers in the residential and commercial office markets.
- Provide project quantity surveying services, contributing to cost planning, cost control, procurement strategies and reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to support the firm’s values around sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to help deliver successful project outcomes.
- Support professional development and APC preparation with the firm’s guidance.
Qualifications
- From a PQS/Construction Consultancy background.
- Fully professionally qualified (MRICS) or actively working towards achieving MRICS status.
- Open to candidates working towards APC with a robust support structure provided by the firm.
