Job Description
Location: Sheffield
Are you a project manager with a track record of delivering social housing planned works contracts? We are working with an established property services provider that is looking for a project manager to service one of their established, long standing clients. You will oversee a mixture of planned works, including kitchens and bathrooms, voids and roofing works.
As project manager, you will:
- Organise and review work schedules, including labour and materials
- Manage both in house and subcontracting teams
- Liaise with site managers and project coordinators for accurate site updates
- Ensure the highest quality of work in line with client KPI's
- Contingency planning and risk mitigation
As project manager, it is required that you:
- Are a qualified construction manager or equivalent
- SMSTS and relevant CSCS card
- Have experience within social housing planned works
- Have excellent client relationship and communication skills
As project manager, you will receive:
- Starting salary of up to £60,000 DOE
- Car allowance
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday
- Pension contributions
- Annual pay reviews and profit related bonus
