A commercially focused project role for someone passionate about farming and the countryside. A growing rural and environmental consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to help deliver ambitious nature recovery and land management projects across the agricultural sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project professional looking to step into a senior role within a fast‑growing business. Direct sector experience in nature recovery or environmental schemes is not essential – a genuine interest in farming, rural businesses and the countryside is far more important. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver large‑scale stewardship and land management projects
  • Apply structured project management approaches to improve delivery
  • Work closely with Directors and client‑facing teams to maximise project outcomes
  • Support and develop junior project managers, with future line management responsibility

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in a commercial environment
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness with accountability for delivery and results
  • Leadership capability and a proactive approach
  • Passion for farming, land management and the rural economy
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience
  • Project management qualification desirable but not essential
