Overview
A new Project Management role with a leading Building Consultancy based in Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join this highly successful and dynamic team in the city centre. You will be working closely with one of the Directors on a large programme of works for a nationwide leisure client with around 3-5 projects running concurrently at various stages ranging from a few hundred thousands upwards. The successful candidate will chair project meetings, agree the scope of works with the client, and manage the project acting as client liaison throughout to snagging, completion and handover. Travel to sites across the country and occasional overnight stays may be required.

- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
- Ability to challenge and lead projects with minimal supervision
- Building Surveyor background considered
