The Construction Index Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a major highways programme across the North West. You will work within the established commercial team to manage costs from project delivery through to final account, collaborating with senior QS and project teams.
This role focuses on cost management, subcontract administration, NEC contract management, and producing CVRs, forecasts and reports to ensure strong commercial performance across the lifecycle.
