A leading infrastructure contractor is seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to back a major highways programme across the North West.
You will lead key commercial activities from delivery through to final account, working with the Commercial Manager and teams to maximise value and ensure strong commercial performance.
Responsibilities include CVRs, forecasts, NEC contract administration, subcontracts, payment applications, cash flow management, and final accounts negotiation.
