Responsibilities

  • Internal emulsion works to walls and ceilings
  • External painting, including masonry and woodwork
  • Surface preparation, including sanding, filling and priming
  • General painting and decorating works across school premises
  • Maintaining safe working practices on active school sites
  • Completing works to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Qualifications

  • Valid CSCS Card, essential
  • IPAF, preferred but not essential
  • Previous painting and decorating experience
  • Experience working in schools, public sector buildings or similar environments would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your finish
