Associate Quantity Surveyor – Oxford
We are seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our construction consultancy in Oxford.
The role offers a clear pathway to Partner and the opportunity to lead a small team, manage client relationships, and influence the future success of the office.
The Role
You will work across a varied portfolio of construction projects, providing both pre‑ and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services while helping to develop and strengthen the Oxford team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Quantity Surveying services from project inception through to completion.
- Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior Quantity Surveyors.
- Help develop and grow a high‑performing Quantity Surveying team.
- Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Oxford office.
About You
You will ideally have
- Experience working within a construction consultancy.
- Strong pre‑ and post‑contract Quantity Surveying experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
- The confidence to manage projects while supporting and developing others.
- MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential.
