We are a small local construction company in Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire looking for a reliable multi-skilled builder for ongoing, full-time domestic residential work. This is steady, year-round work across house extensions, loft conversions, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, general building, carpentry, plastering, basic plumbing & electrics, and property maintenance. No chasing multiple clients – consistent projects with minimal downtime.
Rate & Package
- Company van supplied (you contribute £200 per month)
- Fuel allowance
- Monthly payments on invoice
- Long-term ongoing arrangement
Requirements
- Experienced multi-skilled builder with strong domestic/residential background
- Full UK driving licence and own hand/power tools
- £2 million public liability insurance
- Self-employed / CIS registered
- Reliable, tidy, and professional
- Based in or willing to cover Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
