Your Role As An Estimator Will Include:

  • Preparing Accurate Cost Estimates & Tender Submissions
  • Reviewing Drawings, Specifications & Tender Documentation
  • Obtaining & Evaluating Subcontractor & Supplier Quotations
  • Working Closely With Commercial & Operational Teams
  • Identifying Risks, Opportunities & Value Engineering Solutions

As An Estimator You Will Need To Have:

  • Experience As An Estimator With A UK Main Contractor
  • Tier 2 Main Contractor Background Preferred
  • Experience Pricing Commercial, Residential, Education or Industrial Projects
  • Strong Commercial Awareness & Communication Skills
