Location: Across the North East (predominantly Gateshead & Newcastle)
Pay Rate: £16.84 per hour (UMB) or £14.25 per hour (PAYE PIR)
Hours: 39 hours per week

Overview
Daniel Owen is looking for an experienced Civils Labourer to join a long-term social housing contract covering the North East, primarily Gateshead and Newcastle, with occasional travel to other locations across the region.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with groundwork and civils operations
- Supporting bricklayers with domestic brickwork repairs
- Excavation and reinstatement works
- Preparing work areas and moving materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working as part of a team on occupied domestic properties
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience in civils, groundworks or construction labouring
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
