The Role:
As a Plumber, you’ll carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across domestic properties, working to set schedules and delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Installation of replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and level decks
- Installation of kitchen sinks and associated fittings
- Installing new pipework (copper, Speedfit, waste, rainwater)
- Installing and repairing taps, ball valves, and other sundry items
- Water mains supplies, heating system pipework, and drainage stop taps
- Installing and repairing domestic appliances (showers, washing machines)
- Working on vented and unvented cylinders (HWSS or equivalent)
- Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
