Job Details

  • Standard Hours: Monday‑Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
  • Social housing contract on responsive repairs with occasional voids.
  • Paid call‑out (approximately 1 in 6 weeks).
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays, with the flexibility to buy or sell annual leave.
  • Company fleet van and fuel card; no wear and tear on your own vehicle.

About You

  • Multi‑Trade Operative background; joinery experience essential.
  • Experience repairing or replacing windows, doors, kitchens; tiling and patch plastering desirable.
  • Vinyl floor laying (cap and cove) desirable.
  • Basic plumbing repairs, including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
  • Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
  • Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
  • Social Housing experience essential.
  • Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
  • Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
  • Always delivering an outstanding service to customers, recognising you are working in their homes.
  • Following company Health and Safety policies and standards.
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery/plumbing or multi‑trade.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Role will require a DBS check to be completed.
