We’re working with a well‑established local contractor that specialises in social housing maintenance. We are seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join the team for a long‑term opportunity to deliver high‑quality repairs, refurbishments and maintenance across domestic properties in Staines.
Responsibilities
- Carry out both reactive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Install and repair doors, windows, locks, worktops, kitchen units and bathrooms.
- Undertake general plumbing, painting, decorating and plastering tasks.
- Use a hand‑held device to receive job details, update progress and record completed works.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual).
- Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS).
