We are currently recruiting for a Damp & Mould Wash Treatment Operative to join a growing team working within the Social Housing sector across Wolverhampton and Sandwell. This role involves attending occupied domestic properties to carry out damp and mould wash treatments.
Duties include:
- Cleaning and treating affected surfaces
- Removing mould growth
- Applying specialist cleaning solutions
- Ensuring properties are left clean and safe for residents
You will be working directly within tenants' homes, so a professional and customer‑focused approach is essential.

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Experience within cleaning, property maintenance, social housing, damp and mould treatment, or a similar field would be beneficial
- Good customer service skills and a professional manner when working in residents' homes
